Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Deliveries are made only in Italy, to the postal address indicated by the user in the order form.
Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, an e-mail confirming shipment will be sent to the user. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.
In case of impediments to delivery due to force majeure or in case of ancillary delivery costs due to changes of address or particular causes (example: limited traffic areas, the impossibility of access for dedicated vehicles, upper floors) Time For a Clock Slr will contact the user by e-mail to inform him of the delay in delivery times or of any additional costs. Time For a Clock Slr cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays due to facts of third parties and/or due to force majeure.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the order form.
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt. The card will indicate the data that the user must use to contact the courier and define an appointment for the second delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go into storage and the Customer Service of Time For a Clock Slr will contact the user in order to release the inventory and ensure that the delivery takes place as soon as possible. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchased product will be returned to Time For a Clock. After thirty days from the date on which the product was returned to Time For a Clock, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code Time For a Clock Slr will reimburse the sum paid by the user, net of the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the product as well as the costs of returning the same to Time For a Clock Slr and the costs of custody. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the user via e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the user for the purchase.
The risk of loss or damage to the purchased product falls on Time For a Clock srl until the product is delivered by the carrier to the buyer user or to anyone who accepts delivery on behalf of the buyer. . In the event that the package shows evident signs of tampering or alteration, the user must mark it at the time of delivery by signing the appropriate Proof of Delivery (POD) document prepared by the courier. In case of failure to report as indicated above, the customer will not be able to retaliate against Time For a Clock Srl. who is not responsible for failure to communicate by signature with reservation.
RETURN AND REFUND
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 for "contracts negotiated away from business premises", in the event of dissatisfaction with the purchase made,
the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to support@timeforaclock.com or by sending a registered letter with return receipt to 3225 Mcleod Dr STE 100 Las Vegas, NV 89121 U.S.A. accompanying the email or registered letter with one or more photographs certifying the perfect state of the sold product. Time For a Clock srl will indicate the courier, the date and time of collection of the return. The shipment of the returned products made with the courier indicated by Time For a Clock SRL will be free.
If the returned product is returned using a different courier, all shipping costs will be charged to the customer/user.
The product must be returned in a state of integrity (for example, the products must be clean, free of scratches, damage, dents, abrasions, and preferably in their original packaging. The products must be returned in their original packaging with accessories, components, and materials illustrations contained in the original packaging).
Otherwise, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, the user is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In this case Time For a Clock Srl reserve the right to ask the user to refund the decrease in the value found.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods to be returned are not required to be insured against theft and accidental damage from transport. However, since the risk inherent in the return of the goods weighs on the buyer, Time For a Clock Srl invites the buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to ensure, at his own expense, the shipment for the value indicated in the confirmation e-mail of the purchase order.
In accordance with art. 56, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the product, which must never have been used by the buyer, Time For a Clock Srl will proceed as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods, to refund of the user.
The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed with the user.
The value date of the refunded amount will be the same as the debit date. The user's ability to subscribe to current commercial offers remains unaffected.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale relates to products made to measure or customized or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods that do not they can be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
