Trenkle Uhren was established in 1966 in the Simonswälder Valley in the Black Forest in Germany. Just over 25 employees hand craft world renown cuckoo clocks with the impeccable German quality of manufacturing. All of the components of the clock are made in house, in the Black Forest, utilizing wood sourced from the region and employees who grew up in the area as well.
Both carved and chalet style cuckoo clocks are thoroughly inspected multiple times before being sent to customers, ensuring only the highest quality clocks leave the forest. This includes both craftsmanship of the wood, stain and paint, as well as the internal inner workings.
Trenkle has carved their own, unique path forward in the cuckoo clock space, creating countless different products ranging from weather houses, pendulum clocks and swinging clocks over various design. The beauty and magic of the Black Forest is captured and conveyed in each and every clock Trenkle ships, and at an affordable pricepoint that allows anyone who wants one to have that experience as well.
Made in Germany means something when you buy from Trenkle and the Black Forest region, and the affordability that Trenkle Uhren has been able to match their clocks with makes this iconic brand something to appreciate.
