All Progetti clocks are custom-made, they are only produced on-demand and they are completely non-returnable.
The only exception to the above is the rare case that the clock bears a manufacturing defect. In this scenario, the customer must inform us of the defect within a week of receipt by sending an email to support@timeforaclock.com and include photos or videos of the issue. The clock, all the parts and the original packaging must be kept intact until the return decision is accepted.
Production takes around 3 weeks. Once the order has been placed, it's only possible to cancel within the first 48hrs - once production begins cancellations aren't possible anymore.
