To initiate your return please email support@timeforaclock.com to start the process with our customer care team.

Standard Delivery Item Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of product. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging in order to get a refund. We require returns in original packaging to ensure safe transit. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping will be deducted from the order value.

Truck Delivery Item Returns

Damages + Claims:
• Items must be inspected at the time of delivery.
• In order for a claim to be made for a common carrier delivery to curbside, the packaging must be significantly damaged so as to warrant rejection of the product.
• If the customer feels that the product could be in acceptable condition, the product needs to be inspected and approved in front of the delivery driver.
• If the customer decides to keep said product, all packaging needs to be kept in case of future remorse return.
• If the customer decides to return the product without internal inspection, then a photo of the damaged packaging will need to be provided as well as a copy of the carrier’s receipt that product was refused.
• Time For a Clock needs to be contacted and all details provided for a credit to be processed

Remorse Returns:
• After an item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for return freight fees and restocking fees.
Time For a Clock reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
Time For a Clock will arrange the return with the carrier, after the customer has provided a reasonable pickup window.
• Customer has 60 days to request a return of the item.

Repackaging Returns:
• Customer must hold onto and ship returns in the original packaging material in order for any claim to be approved for refund.

White Glove Delivery Item Returns

Damages + Claims:
• Items must be inspected at the time of delivery.
• In order for a claim to be made for white glove service, the product must be unpacked and inspected for damages at the time of delivery.
• A signature will be required upon inspection and approval or rejection of product delivery.
• The return of a damaged product is immediately removed by the white glove delivery service.

Remorse Returns:
• After an item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for return freight fees and restocking fees.
Time For a Clock reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
Time For a Clock will arrange the return with the carrier with the customer providing a reasonable pickup window.
• Customer has 60 days to request a return of the item.

Repackaging Returns:
• White Glove carriers will package items for return.

When will I see my refund?

You should see your refund on your next credit card billing statement. This may take up to 30 days based on the billing cycle.
