In the unlikely event that a clock needs to be returned, Please contact us at support@timeforaclock.com and specify the cause for the return so that we can issue a return authorization.
Any return without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Please place a note with the clock specifying in detail the reason for the return. In some cases returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.
All products MUST be returned in their original packaging.
1. If for example a clock was received in a double container, return the clock with the double container.
2. Time For a Clock has the right to refuse a return if it has been carelessly handled or lacks the original packaging materials.
3. If a clock arrives damaged, a claim must be made with the shipping company within 10 days of receipt.
Please note that we do not accept consumer returns. Consumers must return the merchandise to the point of sale.
