In order to avoid any inconvenience, the products are subject to sample verification by Time For a Clock before shipment.
The customer still benefits from the manufacturer's warranty which is valid for 30 days from delivery, provided that it is used normally in compliance with the recommendations contained in the documents attached to the products and in the respective instruction manuals.
In any case, the products sold benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles. 1641 and ss. of the Italian Civil Code.
The latter does not cover damage, breakages or malfunctions due to failure to comply with the precautions for use.
To activate the guarantee, the customer must return the product to dESIGNoBJECT.it at his own expense, attaching the original invoice to it.
The product will be replaced with an identical product sent to the customer at the expense of Time For a Clock, except in the event of out of stock or interruption of production of the range offered by Time For a Clock. In the latter case, Time For a Clock will refund the price of the product to the customer.
